To play over a turn around means to play over F-D7-G7-C7.
You can also replace the D7 and C7 by its tritone substitute. (good explanation of this you will find here: http://www.jazzguitar.be/tritone_chord_substitution.html)
You will get F-Ab7-G7-Gb7 (D7 is replaced by Ab7 and C7 by Gb7)
This is beautiful chromatic line from Ab going down to F.
